We are a patient-centred medical home for Calgarians, with a focus on proactive care in an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach.
Each of our doctors manages the care for a specific panel of patients, on a continuous basis, deploying preventative medicine strategies that support the patient’s long term goals for optimal health. We do not offer “walk-in” medical services to the general public.

With AVA Connect a user is able to input their biometrics:
blood pressure, heart rate, glucose levels, weight
One can also view baby’s growth charts, lab tests, ultrasound results, or MRI results after your doctor has reviewed them with you.
Ava Connect also lets patients message their physician, and schedule future appointments, and allows us to email you or text your recalls and notifications, and specialist appointments.
Reminders occur via email and SMS in the days prior to your scheduled appointments. You can have access to your lab requisitions and recall for test results from your doctor. If you have been invited to join AVA Connect, you will have received an email.
