Same-day appointments

Registered patients may book same-day appointments with their family doctor if they have an urgent concern. Patients must call the clinic at 403-686-3628 to discuss a same day appointment.

Same day urgent appointments are available for acute illness like chest pain, severe pain, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, breathing difficulty, etc.

Call ahead in the early morning to check on your doctors' availability, if you are not able to book this same day appointment online thru Ava Connect. Almost all of our appointments are booked in advance, and each Family doctor manages their own roster of patients, so other doctors at our clinic cannot see you. You may be referred to the CWCPCN Patient Care Centre if your Physician is unavailable.

Please be aware that this same day urgent appointments are not for prescriptions refills or for forms completion, only for urgent matters.
