Please note that you MUST already be a patient of the practice to use this feature. Same day urgent appointments are available for acute illness like acute chest pain, acute pain, acute fever, vomiting, diarrhea, breathing difficulty, etc.
Call ahead in the early morning to check on your doctors' availability, if you are not able to book this same day appointment online thru Ava Connect. Almost all of our appointments are booked in advance, and each Family doctor manages their own roster of patients, so other doctors at our clinic cannot see you and you may be referred to the CWCPCN Patient Care centre if your Physician is unavailable.
Please be aware that this same day urgent appointments are not for prescriptions refills or for forms completion.
